Shipping Policy

At MyJesto, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. By using our services, you agree to the following logistics terms:
1. Shipping Costs

Automatic Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on the distance between the Merchant and the delivery address, as well as current demand. 

Single Payment: The shipping cost is deducted exclusively from your MyJesto Wallet upon order confirmation. Delivery drivers are strictly prohibited from requesting additional cash payments at the time of delivery. 

Dynamic Pricing: MyJesto reserves the right to apply surcharges for high demand (e.g., rain, peak hours) to ensure driver availability.

2. Delivery Times

Estimates: The delivery times displayed in the App are approximate estimates. External factors—such as traffic, weather, road checkpoints, or delays in order preparation by the merchant—may affect the final delivery time. 

No Time Guarantee: MyJesto does not guarantee an exact delivery time, and refunds will not be issued for minor delays unless the order is deemed "lost" or "canceled due to logistics."

3. Coverage Areas

MyJesto operates within specific geographic zones. If your address falls outside the coverage radius of the selected merchant, the system will not allow you to complete the order. 

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the address marked on the map is accurate and includes clear landmarks or directions.

4. Delivery Process (Reception Protocol)

Doorstep Delivery: The driver will deliver the order to the primary address provided. For apartment buildings or gated communities, the driver will proceed as far into the complex as security protocols permit. 

Wait Time: Once the driver arrives at the destination, they will notify the user via the App or a phone call. The driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. 

Failed Delivery: If there is no response after the waiting period has elapsed, the order will be marked as "Undelivered." Due to the perishable nature of the products, no refunds will be issued for the amount spent, and the product may be discarded or returned, as appropriate.

5. Damage During Shipping

If an order arrives damaged, spilled, or tampered with, the user must report it immediately (within a maximum of 10 minutes) and provide photographic evidence before consuming the product. 

Following an internal review, MyJesto will provide compensation for the damage solely in the form of Wallet credit.

6. Parcel Shipments (Courier Services)

Prohibited Items: The shipment of illegal substances, weapons, cash, high-value jewelry, or flammable items is strictly prohibited. MyJesto assumes no liability for the loss of or damage to prohibited items. 

Packaging: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the package is properly sealed and protected for transport via motorcycle.
