1. How delivery works
Orders are delivered by independent delivery partners within MyJesto's available service zones. When you place an order, the app shows the store, the estimated delivery time and the delivery fee before you confirm.
2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary with distance, store preparation time, weather, traffic and demand. They are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery fees and any additional charges depend on factors such as distance and the store, and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Your address & availability
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and be reachable. If the delivery partner cannot reach you or access the address, the order may be delayed, returned or canceled, and fees may still apply.
5. Service areas
Delivery is available only within active zones. Availability of stores and delivery may change over time.
