This Privacy Policy explains what information MyJesto collects, how we use it, and with whom we share it when you use our apps and website.
1. Information we collect
• Account information: your name, phone number and email address.
• Delivery information: the addresses you save and the contact details you provide for an order.
• Location data: with your permission, your device's location (GPS), used to show nearby stores, enable delivery, and help prevent fraud.
• Device & technical data: device type, app version, IP address and similar technical information.
• Order and activity data: your orders, wallet and store-credit (Fiado) balances, reviews and support messages.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. MyJesto does not store your full card number.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and deliver your orders; process payments and store-credit; provide customer support; send order and account notifications; keep the service safe and prevent fraud (including checking device, IP and location signals); improve our products; and comply with the law.
3. How we share your information
We share information only as needed to run the service: with the store that fulfills your order; with the delivery partner who delivers it; with our payment processor (Stripe) to process payments; with service providers who help us operate; and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Location data
Location is used to enable delivery and to help detect fraudulent or suspicious orders. You can control location permissions in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
6. Your choices
You may access or update your account information in the app, and you may request deletion of your account, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
MyJesto is not directed to children under the age required by law in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date.
